Project Update from Motley Zoo Animal Rescue
The following post is a project update from Nick Gauna, Campaign Organizer, and the Motley Zoo Animal Rescue Grassroots campaign that raised $5,096 to supply adoptable dogs with ID tag, leash, collar & medical records that will follow them through foster process.
Seattle – For this campaign, I worked with Jamie, executive director at Motley Zoo Animal Rescue, and together we came up with a great campaign that raised a total of $5,096! Jamie got back to me with an update after they collected all of the gear and distributed it to the new foster and adoptive families.
She passed on several pictures along with this little write-up:
“We want to thank Groupon Grassroots for our campaign for Tour Gear bags—tote bags full of supplies for our fosters and new adopters. As the animals are on a journey to find their new homes, they need a variety of items to keep them safe, happy, and healthy during their ‘tour.’ With the Tour Gear bags, these items then go with the animals to their ‘furever’ families!
This campaign was a big hit and totally worth it! Both foster families and adopters greatly appreciate the head start on their loving care for our animals in need—and we’re sure if the animals could talk, they’d agree too!
Thanks Groupon Grassroots!”
